Archery Liability Waiver

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By participating in archery activities at Eden Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Archery involves the use of bows and arrows and carries inherent risks including physical injury to participants and bystanders. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with archery activities.

Safety Rules

• Always follow instructor directions
• Never aim at anything other than the designated targets
• Keep arrows pointed downrange at all times
• Do not retrieve arrows until instructed to do so
• Participants must be sober and in good physical condition
• Minimum age: 10 years old; participants under 18 require parental consent

Release of Liability

You release Eden Retreat, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in archery activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Agreement

A signed waiver may be required separately for each participant prior to archery use.
