Sports & Activities Waiver

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By participating in sports and recreational activities at Eden Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Sports and recreational activities including but not limited to volleyball, basketball, soccer, yard games, and similar activities carry inherent risks of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Participation Rules

• Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and readiness
• Proper footwear is required for all court and field activities
• Equipment must be used only as intended
• Aggressive or dangerous play that endangers other participants is prohibited
• Report any equipment damage or safety concerns to Eden Retreat staff immediately

Release of Liability

You release Eden Retreat, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in sports and recreational activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Agreement

By participating in any sports or recreational activity on the premises, you agree to these terms.
