Eden Retreat understands that circumstances can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for approved event bookings.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your Eden Retreat portal account. The following refund schedule applies based on the number of days before the scheduled event date:

| 90 days or more | Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee |
| 60–89 days | 75% refund of amounts paid |
| 30–59 days | 50% refund of amounts paid |
| 15–29 days | 25% refund of amounts paid |
| 14 days or fewer | No refund |
A deposit may be required to hold your event date following approval. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Deposits are applied toward your total event balance.
Rescheduling requests made 60 or more days before the event date may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 60 days of the event are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking request.
In the unlikely event that Eden Retreat must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, property damage, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Eden Retreat will make every reasonable effort to notify you as far in advance as possible and assist with rescheduling if desired.
If your event party does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled start time without prior notification, the booking may be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Eden Retreat is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or issue appropriate credit.
